The use of renewable raw materials is an important component for us when it comes to the sustainability of our production chain. We prefer to use VEOCEL™ fibers to support the production of biodegradable wipes.

Article 01252.99 is a coarse apertured spunlace nonwoven, made 100% of viscose. By means of high pressure, a homogeneous entangled textile fabric (nonwoven fabric) is created. This nonwoven can be embossed or perforated via different structured drums.

Especially in cleaning, the apertured structure is a highly effective possibility to enhance the wipes' performance and simultaneously to reduce its weight. The reason for this is an increased surface structure, that improves the efficiency during dry and wet cleaning. This reflects for example in an increased liquid absorption during wet cleaning.
