Sustainability Report 2025
We have published our first Sustainability Report.
For many months, colleagues across Norafin have been collecting data, checking facts, asking difficult questions and meeting up – again and again – to put together something we have never done before: a transparent account of how we manage our environmental, social and governance responsibilities.
Today we are proud to share our first Sustainability Report for the year 2025.
It shows where we stand today: what we have already achieved, where we still need to improve, and which topics matter most to our customers, employees and partners.
This report would not exist without the people behind it. A big thank you to everyone who contributed. Your patience, your expertise and your thoroughness made this possible.
We see this report as a starting point, not a finish line. It gives us a solid baseline to measure our progress and to keep improving – step by step, year by year.
